About Peninsula Medical School Foundation

The Peninsula Medical School Foundation exists to support medical research and medical education at the Peninsula College of Medicine & Dentistry.

Through an imaginative programme, bringing together the largest medical charities and individual donors we are funding world class medical research here in Devon and Cornwall. We are passionate about research that brings benefits that really improve patient's lives.

Our bursary programme is designed to encourage talented young people to achieve their ambition of becoming a doctor. It is targeted at youngsters from non traditional backgrounds and those that suffer social and financial pressures that would discourage them from developing a career in medicine. We really believe in widening participation to include all who genuinely have the talent to become the doctors of the future.
